Happy Go For Broke Day, everyone! ...I have no idea how to celebrate this, but luckily it works out because I'm already broke right now! I'm celebrating without even trying! :)
Anyway, today's Words are from the Random Roulette Wheel category--a little bit of everything. :) My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :D
Person 1: "This is a nightmare."
Person 2: "Awww."
Person 1: "Not in a bad way!" Show me a non-bad nightmare, and I'll show you...um...a dream, I guess.
"Isn't a tremor a worm?" Not really, but close enough. Except not at all.
"Aw. I forgot what I was trying to forget." And that's a bad thing because...?
Person 1: "Nobody move. I want the lights to go off."
Person 2: "They are off."
Person 1: "Oh." Observant, are we?
You know you have a strange class when you hear "I will SMASH the giant squids of anger with my giant hammer of justice! YAAAY!" or "You can't swing a dead cat without getting a picture of her picking her nose." Here are some collected comments made by students and teachers, from my school to your eyeballs. Enjoy!

World Pillow Fight Day!
Happy World Pillow Fight Day, everyone! It's gonna be hard to find a World Pillow, but do your best. :D
In the meantime, today's Words are from the category of Say What? My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :)
"We are not talking about muffins, cookies, time travel, or pencils!" Well we are now.
"I got the RRRRRRRRR! I got the RRRRRRRRR!" yyyeah, about that...please keep your...RRRRRR...somewhere that is...not here...
"You don't have to use your boring pen; you can use the one with rainbows and unicorns coming out of it." I did, but mine's all out of unicorns. I need a unicorn refill.
"I couldn't get the smell of pickles out of my hair." ...what was it doing in your hair in the first place?

Find A Rainbow Day!
Happy Find A Rainbow Day!
Here ya go. You're welcome. Now your day is fulfilled; you have found a rainbow (albeit a blurry one). :)
Today's not-quite-as-colorful-as-a-rainbow Words are from the Kinda Gross category! My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :)
"I think it's, like, armpit juice or something." Thank you. This was a teacher, folks.
"Decay. Thank you." I hardly ever thank people for decay, but ya know, whatevs floats your boat.
"Alexis accidentally shot a rubber band from her braces down my shirt." 'Accidentally.' Yeah, right. Although, I actually have no idea how you could do that on purpose.
"Why, again, were you gonna eat broccoli with a caterpillar on it, dude?" It's way better without all the fancy and somewhat slimy garnishes, ya know?

Children's Book Day!
Happy Children's Book Day! Betcha don't know these questions about children's books! The winner gets a virtual pat on the back! :D
--Who is Ted Geisel?
--What was the last thing the Hungry Little Caterpillar ate?
--Who are Nancy Drew's two best friends? (Bonus: What's her boyfriend's name?) ;)
Anyway. Today's Words are from the category of Say What? My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :D
"Can we just bring in tissues and color them?" Only if they are the cellular type of tissue. Coloring plain old kleenexes gets boring after a while and isn't nearly as rewarding as coloring bodily tissue, if you know what I mean. ...I hope you do, because I certainly don't.
"My yolk has busted." The horror. The horror.
"And, really, it's not your tongue's fault." Oh, I am so glad you have cleared this point up. I thought I was going to need some more tongue counseling, which was getting old. And slimy.
"It's, like, Mr. Radish!" To be precise, it was actually Mrs. Turnip. I don't know where you get these outlandish ideas.

Yad Sdrawkcab Gnihtyreve Epyt!
Hello, all! Happy Type Everything Backwards Day! ...actually, it's Celebrate Flattened Quarters Day. ...just kidding, it's Staples Do Sometimes Attack New York Day. I mean, National Squishy Earlobes Day! .......okay, actually you probably already knew what holiday it really is. Happy April Fool's Day, everyone! :D Feel free to celebrate any of the other made-up holidays, though. :D
Anyway, today's Words are from the Fairly Mean category! My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :D
"I don't like scraping brains off the carpet and then I have to fill out paperwork." It's inspiring how much you really care.
"[chanting repeatedly] He will eat you at your desk in seconds. He will eat you at your desk in seconds. He will eat you at your desk in seconds." How reassuring.
"Your book sucked like your mom's feet." Okay, again, we do not know how to make proper insults, people! That doesn't even make sense! Did you even attend that insult-making class I signed you up for?
"See? You'd be a good fat guy." There we go, people, this is the true art of the insult. Here, we observe an insulting phrase cleverly disguised as a compliment! Very nice, truly stellar work here. A+.

Hola, que pasa?
Hello, my lovely followers, readers, commenters, aliens, people made of green goo, any of these sound familiar? :) The contest prize has been claimed by Andrew, so congrats again and, to all those who didn't win, do keep an eye out for new contests in future; I'm already planning the next one! :)
Happy 200th Anniversary of Robert Bunsen's birthday! Apparently he helped make the Bunsen burner, which was, or so I'm told, put to good use in some chem classes today through the creation of s'mores. Unfortunately, I am not currently taking a chem class, so I didn't reap any of these Bunsen benefits...luckily there's another holiday for today! It's also National Clams On The Half Shell Day! ...Clam Power! Um...yeah. Really not sure what to do with that. Maybe we should throw clams like confetti! ...ooh, that could get messy.
But anyway. Today's Words are from the Random Roulette Wheel category! My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :)
"She has, like, udders growing out of her mouth." Um. ...we're leaving it at 'um.'
"Oh, so you don't know what she looks like! That must mean she's invisible!" ...whatever you say, Sherlock.
"Oh my gosh. I'm gonna cut off my bangs. WITH A HACKSAW!" That...seems a little extreme. But whatevs floats your boat.
"Did you just grab my monkey?" Ah, a question for the ages.

Happy Something On A Stick Day!
Happy Something On A Stick Day! ....must go get marshmallows, peanut butter, and other stuff that I can combine to make a delicious...something...on a stick! Mmmm. I love this holiday!
Anyway, today's Words are from the Rather Duh-Inspiring category! My comments are in italics! Enjoy! :)
Person 1: "I always forget what it's called so I call it a kabob."
Person 2: "Isn't a kabob, like, a shish kabob?" Very astute of you, gentlemen.
"You know when you have, like, a trash can?" .......no.
Person 1: "What's that?"
Person 2: "It looks like an owl!"
Person 3: "That's Grandpa." But really, what's the difference?
"Old was, like, um, from two weeks ago." New is the new old. If ya know what I mean.
